My expertise lies in Causal Inference, Experiment Design and Behavioral Science. Let me provide some examples:

Causal Inference - I can examine your company's data (or other available data sources) to extract causal relationships using micro-econometric techniques to help you understand what changes are associated with what impacts and thus what kinds of decisions are expected to drive which results. This is quite distinct from predictive modeling/analytics since we are trying to understand the causal effects of a change on an outcome and not how two variables move together. I'm happy to discuss further if you think causal inference might be what you are looking for.

Experiment Design - I have about 15 years of experience designing and running experiments, collecting data and drawing conclusions. I have done so in 3 different countries both in Europe and the US. My experiments have ranged from field experiments (i.e. designing how one product's placement in a supermarket isle will impact a neighboring product's sales), Online A/B tests (i.e. the impact of website attributes like color, placement, design, ordering on site behavior of customers), Surveys (i.e. Conjoint studies, Pricing etc), and in laboratories.

Behavioral Science - I am the author of academic articles published in top journals, book chapter reviews and multiple non-academic resources on the science of behavior change. Most of my work has been conducted alongside experiment design and causal inference studies. Some of my areas of expertise include designing optimal informational and financial incentives to achieve desired behavior, changing subjective perceptions, aspirations, confirmation bias, and others.
