My technical background in Athletic Training and exercise physiology along with my expertise with personal technologies provides me with a exceptional and desirable perspective to health and wellness. My clinical education is complimented with my experience conducting research related to public health, epidemiology, and comparative effectiveness. In place of a formal Post-Doctoral fellowship, I gained experience in the private sector which provides me with unique insight on making science marketable to the general public. My well-rounded experience equips me to advise and educate individuals and businesses on physical activity for improved health. As well as, provokes me to further investigate optimal methods to promote exercise and wellness.
