Profile Summary

I am a Ph.D. and Post-doc in Molecular Oncology. My recent research from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore is to assess the mutational landscape and identify genetic mutations for clinical application using NGS in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) diagnosis and treatment. I have also worked as a Scientist at Strand Life Sciences involved in the interpretation and reporting of NGS panels for somatic cancers, including lung, breast, colon, and several other cancers. Also engaged in a client project involving database curation of variants in cancer. Extensive experience in the field of cancer genomics, specifically in understanding the molecular basis of solid tumors, with a focus on translational medicine aiming towards viable molecular diagnostics.
