Profile Summary

I have MS in chemistry with experience in polymer chemistry and the plastic industry from my research. I began my career in organic chemistry for my BS with inorganic and pharmaceutical chemistry as a minor, synthesizing and characterizing different esters and polymers for the treatment of diseases. Adopting a different direction for my MS, I designed and developed a method for the treatment of plastic waste that ultimately contributes to a sustainable environment. The treatment has been used in two large packaging companies for a trial and it got successful in the pilot as well as on an industrial scale. The patent for this research is under process and will be established soon. Furthermore, my coursework progressed into Nanochemistry and nanomedicine to design a product for the treatment of cancer cells. Recently, I developed a formulation of Bioplastic for a company that has currently launched its product in a market. My experience and interests are broad so I am extremely versatile and I can work with confidence on a spectrum of projects. I am providing consultancy services to my clients nowadays along with writing educational content, reviews, and product formulation.
