Profile Summary

I recently completed PhD from the University of Helsinki. My PhD research work focused on the neutralization of energy induced greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from households, transportation systems and energy industries. I explored various new techniques for reducing emissions from these sectors. This includes technological and policy measures, awareness programmes, and community participation methods. As my study background belongs to energy and environmental technologies, my interests and expertise lie on smart grid systems, energy networks, carbon sequestrations and use of information communication and technology (ICT) in the energy sectors. I have also researched several projects for water and chemical analyses and thus, have experiences of the laboratory analyzing methods, experimental designs, and laboratory equipment. I am an independent user of SPSS, R and Matlab for data analyses, Excel for graphical representation of results, FTIR, GC-MSD, and ICP instruments for laboratory analyses, and AutoCAD and Solidworks for designing.
