My main interest lies in researching and writing about epigenetics, and how all of the external factors around us influence our health in one way or another, often by turning genes on or off. While I am certainly interested in how nutrition plays into this, I also enjoy discerning the influence that other external factors have on our health, such as body products, home cleaning products, air quality, exercise, supplementation, vaccinations, etc. I hold a particular interest in ASD and Women's Health, as well as autoimmune disease. I also have in depth knowledge of food science, and how the variety of foods we eat (or don't eat) influence our biochemistry.
