- phase I trials, including: Prostate Cancer, PK, PD, tolerance, DDI, BE, immunogenicity in healthy volunteers and patient populations (chronic renal failure, chronic heart failure, RA, oncology);
- phase II-III clinical development of oncology trials, including: coordinating medical director in multicentre studies in Italy, SGN Pharmaceutica Italian CRO

3) Coordination of medical monitoring phase I-II-III trials (single ascending dose, multiple ascending dose, PK/PD, DDI) on national level at external sites: hepatitis C, hepatic impairment, chronic renal failure, rheumatoid arthritis, oncology and dermatology, supervised (medical monitoring) several hundreds of patients into these trials.

4) Medical monitoring of phase I - IIIb global trials: Prostate Cancer CVD, hyperlipidemia, DM1, RA, COPD, asthma, osteogenesis imperfecta, chronic vein disease, HCV, RSV infection.
