O resultado destaca claramente o problema premente enfrentado pelos p\u00f3s-doutorados em toda a linha - a necessidade de seguran\u00e7a no emprego! The bottom line is that most scientists get into research and want to stay put for the love of science and research and for the accruing benefits to humanity.
