A prote\u00edna S do v\u00edrus identifica o receptor da enzima conversora angiotensina-I 2 (ACE2) e entra na c\u00e9lula de seu hospedeiro.  Uma vez dentro da c\u00e9lula, o sistema imunol\u00f3gico do corpo produz um grande n\u00famero de citocinas (IL-2, IL-6, IL-7, GSCF, IP10, MCP1, MIP1A, e TNF\u03b1) numa tentativa de matar o v\u00edrus. A libera\u00e7\u00e3o destes fatores inflamat\u00f3rios resulta em um grave <\/span><b>tempestade de citocinas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">um fen\u00f4meno que leva a edema, s\u00edndromes de disfun\u00e7\u00f5es org\u00e2nicas m\u00faltiplas <\/span><b>(MODS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, s\u00edndrome do desconforto respirat\u00f3rio agudo <\/span><b>(ARDS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>esgotamento das c\u00e9lulas imunit\u00e1rias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e a morte. (1-3)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 agora, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 consenso entre as autoridades sanit\u00e1rias sobre a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica da COVID-19, entretanto, a maioria concorda que a doen\u00e7a varia entre suas formas leves a severas ou criticamente severas. Entretanto, h\u00e1 poucas informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sua seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia. (6) Portanto, \u00e9 preciso considerar alternativas ao uso do Remdesivir. Al\u00e9m disso, estes <\/span><b>estudos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00e3o <\/span><b>limitado aos v\u00edrus da gripe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e ter <\/span><b>produziu resultados conflitantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Entretanto, \u00e9 preciso considerar os resultados dos atuais ensaios em andamento para verificar plenamente o fato acima.<\/p>\n<p>Presently there are around 20 clinical trials (n) that are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/blog\/pt\/ensuring-reproducibility-in-ai-driven-research-how-freelance-experts-can-help-in-biotech-and-healthcare\/\">pesquisa<\/a> pipeline for furthering our knowledge on the role of MSC in COVID-19.
