Estes s\u00e3o apenas alguns dos numerosos atos abnegados que as pessoas est\u00e3o empreendendo para ajudar a todos ao seu redor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our collective experience during the SARS epidemic in 2002-2003 has led to swift actions and behavior changes by the government and general population in order to contain viral spread and accelerate urgent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/blog\/pt\/ensuring-reproducibility-in-ai-driven-research-how-freelance-experts-can-help-in-biotech-and-healthcare\/\">pesquisa<\/a> [1]. Already, over a thousand primary and review articles have been published on\u00a0SARS-CoV2 since its first appearance in the public eye in December of last year. Lab suppliers are streamlining orders for COVID-19 related reagents and media outlets are providing free access to COVID-19 articles, such as those from Science magazine (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.sciencemag.org\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). As mol\u00e9culas de prote\u00edna ilustradas nesta imagem foram obtidas a partir de dados de estrutura molecular fornecidos por v\u00e1rios grupos de pesquisa [6-8]. Estas duas a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o primeiramente mediadas pela prote\u00edna do espig\u00e3o viral que liga a enzima exibida na superf\u00edcie do hospedeiro, Angiotensin Converting enzyme 2, ACE2. Os cientistas t\u00eam demonstrado desde fevereiro que ACE2 \u00e9 a enzima visada pela SARS-CoV2 [11-14]. Assim que o pico do v\u00edrus se liga ao ACE2, as enzimas hospedeiras chamadas proteases cortam uma regi\u00e3o espec\u00edfica do pico viral, permitindo que o pico se rearranje. Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o abre caminho para que parte do espig\u00e3o se insira na membrana do hospedeiro, permitindo que a membrana do v\u00edrus se funda a ela e extrua seu genoma dentro do hospedeiro [15,16]. O v\u00edrus tamb\u00e9m pode entrar em seu hospedeiro, ficando engolfado em ves\u00edculas, onde pode ent\u00e3o depositar seu genoma dentro do hospedeiro [17,12]. Ao interferir em qualquer uma das etapas de entrada do SARS-CoV2, a infec\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser interrompida. As estruturas moleculares de prote\u00ednas virais desempenham um papel importante na pesquisa de drogas, pois se assemelham a um mapa de territ\u00f3rio desconhecido, revelando regi\u00f5es-chave na mol\u00e9cula alvo.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este trabalho \u00e9 apenas um entre centenas de artigos que foram expedidos para publica\u00e7\u00e3o por revistas cient\u00edficas, contornando o processo de revis\u00e3o por pares, a fim de chegar mais rapidamente ao p\u00fablico.
