A bola vai empenar a folha, criando uma mossa. Um objeto colocado perto da bola cair\u00e1 em sua dire\u00e7\u00e3o por causa da amolgadela. Da mesma forma, os objetos no Universo tamb\u00e9m criam \"amolgadelas\" ou distor\u00e7\u00f5es no tecido do espa\u00e7o e do tempo. Como estas massas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o constantemente em movimento e girando umas em torno das outras, elas emitem ondula\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s do espa\u00e7o e do tempo. As massas mais leves que se aproximam da massa pesada cair\u00e3o em sua dire\u00e7\u00e3o.
