Ao utilizar diferentes mecanismos inovadores para melhorar a explora\u00e7\u00e3o e a pesquisa, as modernas ferramentas de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o heur\u00edstica t\u00eam demonstrado uma grande promessa para resolver problemas do mundo real com alta complexidade matem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>O Grupo de Trabalho sobre Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o Heur\u00edstica Moderna sob o Comit\u00ea de An\u00e1lise, Computa\u00e7\u00e3o e Economia do IEEE PES Power System Analysis, est\u00e1 organizando uma Sess\u00e3o de Painel combinada com uma Competi\u00e7\u00e3o intitulada:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Avaliando o desempenho de otimizadores heur\u00edsticos modernos\u00a0<\/strong><strong>sobre problemas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Smart Grid\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A sess\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada na Assembl\u00e9ia Geral do IEEE PES de 2017. Este painel e as preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da concorr\u00eancia com dois bancos de teste de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de resolver:<\/p>\n<p>i) Despacho estoc\u00e1stico de energia ativa-reativa baseada em OPF;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desenvolvedores: Sergio Rivera (Universidad Nacional de Colombia), Andres Romero (Universidad Nacional de San Juan), Jos\u00e9 Rueda (Delft University of Technology), Kwang Y. Lee (Universidade Baylor), Istv\u00e1n Erlich (Universidade Duisburg-Essen)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ii) Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da programa\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos energ\u00e9ticos distribu\u00eddos.
