As we welcome another year of pesquisa<\/a> and collaboration, we turn our attention to the important questions that surround communicating this research to the world. The Academic Publishing in Europe 12 will be held in Berlin on 17-18 January 2017.<\/div>\n
O programa aborda v\u00e1rias quest\u00f5es em comunica\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas, tais como publica\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica de valor agregado, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e acesso \u00e0 pesquisa. O tema deste ano \u00e9 \u00c9tica Editorial: Fazendo a Coisa Certa - Fazendo as Coisas Certas. O programa se concentra amplamente na \u00e9tica e nos princ\u00edpios da publica\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica. Ele tamb\u00e9m discutir\u00e1 o Open Access 2020, um movimento iniciado na confer\u00eancia de Berlim em 2015,\u00a0o que exige que todas as publica\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas sejam de livre acesso<\/a>.<\/div>\n
O programa toca em alguns dos t\u00f3picos mais relevantes entre a comunidade cient\u00edfica atual, como por exemplo:<\/div>\n
\u00c9tica da publica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Com a r\u00e1pida evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do panorama editorial e com novas plataformas e formatos surgindo a cada dia, \u00e9 essencial que os princ\u00edpios \u00e9ticos sejam mantidos e definidos. Como a pesquisa \u00e9 conduzida e avaliada, o processo de revis\u00e3o pelos pares, o processo decis\u00f3rio de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o ou rejei\u00e7\u00e3o de um manuscrito, pl\u00e1gio e direitos autorais, tudo isso representa desafios que precisam ser enfrentados de forma inteligente. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o debate constante de\u00a0se as revis\u00f5es pelos pares devem ser mantidas an\u00f4nimas ou n\u00e3o<\/a>. Houve v\u00e1rios casos de material n\u00e3o atribu\u00eddo, disputas de autoria, consentimento de publica\u00e7\u00e3o, manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de imagem, etc., que foram retomados pelo Comit\u00ea de \u00c9tica da Publica\u00e7\u00e3o (COPE).\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Acesso Aberto 2020<\/b><\/div>\n
Enquanto o Conselho Europeu de Pesquisa ap\u00f3ia a transi\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as publica\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas para acesso aberto, h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis de complexidade envolvidos no processo. Fazer um trabalho de pesquisa livremente acess\u00edvel tamb\u00e9m tem que ter em mente o papel do autor, do revisor, da revista e dos v\u00e1rios outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os. O que o ERC pode fazer para motivar os pesquisadores a avan\u00e7ar em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao acesso aberto e quais seriam as implica\u00e7\u00f5es da publica\u00e7\u00e3o de seus resultados? Quais s\u00e3o os inconvenientes da iniciativa? Este \u00e9 um t\u00f3pico particularmente significativo que ter\u00e1 um grande impacto na pesquisa na Europa.<\/div>\n

Publica\u00e7\u00e3o e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisas<\/b><\/div>\n
Pode haver uma forma melhor de apresentar a pesquisa do que na forma padr\u00e3o de publica\u00e7\u00e3o de um trabalho de pesquisa? Pode haver uma forma colaborativa de apresentar a pesquisa como uma narrativa? A ind\u00fastria editorial cient\u00edfica tamb\u00e9m ainda est\u00e1 usando amplamente a impress\u00e3o, e a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o digital tem sido bastante lenta. A grande maioria das pessoas ainda prefere ler os PDFs em vez de uma p\u00e1gina HTML,\u00a0de acordo com uma pesquisa da Naturejobs<\/a>. Novos modelos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica est\u00e3o chegando lentamente ao setor, na esperan\u00e7a de substituir os modelos tradicionais.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
