RNAscope (ACD Bio) \u00e8 una tecnologia brevettata di rilevamento dell'mRNA in situ (1) che utilizza un'amplificazione ramificata del DNA e sonde accoppiate a z per fornire un test robusto e specifico, progettato principalmente per l'uso su sezioni di paraffina fissate in formalina. La tecnologia, adattata a sezioni di tessuto cerebrale congelato, ha permesso lo studio della modulazione di c-<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> espressione in diversi neurocircuiti da un antagonista D3 preferenziale, potenziale antipsicotico, in topi trattati con il bloccante del canale del recettore del glutammato NMDA MK-801 (2).
