Riunitevi per concordare l'ambito del progetto e le risorse necessarie. Lavorate attraverso i customer journey, passo dopo passo, segnando dove i dati vengono raccolti, trasformati, condivisi e quali lacune, limiti o imprecisioni possono esistere. Questo tipo di approccio guidato dai dati permette al team di \"percorrere il processo\" per capire dove un portale potrebbe avere il maggior impatto, creare il maggior valore e assistere la pi\u00f9 ampia selezione di team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting e visualizzazione semplificati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In un recente progetto abbiamo scoperto che le scarse opzioni di reporting erano un ostacolo. I report disponibili offrivano troppi dati, non abbastanza filtri o erano presentati male. I sistemi precedenti avevano permesso di generare un numero illimitato di report ad hoc. C'erano letteralmente migliaia di report inutilizzati, centinaia di copie identiche e molti di questi report venivano inviati via email ogni giorno a persone che avevano lasciato il loro ruolo o l'azienda. Era un incubo di manutenzione.<\/p>\n<p>Il team del progetto voleva conservare la flessibilit\u00e0 ma mantenere l'ordine. \u00c8 stato adottato un modello flessibile che permetteva al 80% delle richieste di report di essere affrontato da un insieme pi\u00f9 piccolo di modelli. Progettando prima l'output, il team \u00e8 stato in grado di lavorare a ritroso progettando modifiche alle fasi di trasformazione e raccolta che avrebbero trasformato la qualit\u00e0 dell'output.
