Dans un tel sc\u00e9nario, les grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques et les scientifiques sont dans une course pour d\u00e9velopper un rem\u00e8de \u00e0 la maladie. Les cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses ou l'utilisation de CSM constituent une de ces strat\u00e9gies de traitement contre le COVID-19. La prot\u00e9ine S du virus identifie le r\u00e9cepteur de l'enzyme de conversion de l'angiotensine 2 (ACE2) et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la cellule de son h\u00f4te.  Une fois dans la cellule, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l'organisme produit un grand nombre de cytokines (IL-2, IL-6, IL-7, GSCF, IP10, MCP1, MIP1A et TNF\u03b1) dans le but de tuer le virus. La lib\u00e9ration de ces facteurs inflammatoires entra\u00eene une s\u00e9v\u00e8re <\/span><b>temp\u00eate de cytokines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui entra\u00eene un \u0153d\u00e8me, des syndromes de dysfonctionnement de plusieurs organes. <\/span><b>(MODS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">syndrome de d\u00e9tresse respiratoire aigu\u00eb <\/span><b>(ARDS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>\u00e9puisement des cellules immunitaires<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et la mort. (1-3)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il n'y a pas de consensus entre les autorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 sur la classification clinique du COVID-19, cependant, la plupart d'entre elles s'accordent \u00e0 dire que la maladie varie entre ses formes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et ses formes graves ou s\u00e9v\u00e8res. (4,5)<\/p>\n<p><b>Note :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Les r\u00e9cepteurs de l'ECA-2 sont pr\u00e9sents dans le c\u0153ur, le foie, l'AT2 des poumons, l'organe digestif, le rein, et dans presque toutes les cellules endoth\u00e9liales et musculaires lisses. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>IL :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Interleukine ;\u00a0 <\/span><b>GSCF :<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facteur de stimulation des colonies de granulocytes ; <\/span><b>IP :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prot\u00e9ine induite ; <\/span><b>MCP :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein ; <\/span><b>MIP :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prot\u00e9ines inflammatoires des macrophages ; <\/span><b>TNF :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Facteur de n\u00e9crose tumorale<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_Of_Stem_Cells_In_Fight_Against_COVID-19\"><\/span><b>R\u00f4le des cellules souches dans la lutte contre le COVID-19<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, le Remdesivir est le seul m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 avoir obtenu une \"autorisation d'utilisation d'urgence\" de l'USFDA. Cependant, les informations sur sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et son efficacit\u00e9 sont limit\u00e9es. (6) Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d'envisager des alternatives \u00e0 l'utilisation du Remdesivir. En outre, ces <\/span><b>\u00e9tudes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sont <\/span><b>limit\u00e9e aux virus de la grippe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et ont <\/span><b>ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats contradictoires<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Toutefois, il convient de prendre en compte les r\u00e9sultats des essais en cours pour v\u00e9rifier pleinement ce fait.<\/p>\n<p>Presently there are around 20 clinical trials (n) that are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/blog\/fr\/ensuring-reproducibility-in-ai-driven-research-how-freelance-experts-can-help-in-biotech-and-healthcare\/\">recherche<\/a> pipeline for furthering our knowledge on the role of MSC in COVID-19. (7) These trials can be categorized as those using:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MSCs (n=8, impliquant environ 396 participants)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MSC-d\u00e9riv\u00e9s (n=12 ; impliquant environ 561 participants)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, certains des <\/span>sources potentielles de CSM<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> utilis\u00e9s dans ces essais comprennent , <\/span><b>UC-MSCs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>UCB-MSCs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Les MSC en gel\u00e9e de l'UC-Wharton<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>UC-MSCs-CM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>AT-MSCs Exo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
