Depuis, la maladie a fait plus de 1 70 501 morts dans le monde. (1,2) \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les chercheurs du monde entier testent divers m\u00e9dicaments pour lutter contre cette incidence croissante de d\u00e9c\u00e8s. A cet \u00e9gard, le pr\u00e9sent article vise \u00e0 clarifier les d\u00e9bats sur l'utilisation de la chloroquine ou de l'hydroxychloroquine pour le traitement de la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/find-an-expert\/subject\/covid-19\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Post&amp;utm_campaign=ChloroQ-Covid\"> COVID-19<\/a> par le biais d'une approche fond\u00e9e sur des preuves.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_of_Chloroquine_CQ_Hydroxychloroquine_HCQ_As_Monotherapy\"><\/span><b>R\u00f4le de la chloroquine (CQ) et de l'hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) en monoth\u00e9rapie<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actuellement, il n'existe aucun m\u00e9dicament approuv\u00e9 par la FDA pour le traitement de la COVID-19. (3) Dans une telle situation, les chercheurs consid\u00e8rent la r\u00e9adaptation des m\u00e9dicaments comme l'une des options viables au-del\u00e0 des soins standard pour la gestion efficace de la maladie. De plus, les essais ont souffert d'un biais d'allocation car les participants n'\u00e9taient pas randomis\u00e9s dans l'\u00e9tude. Par cons\u00e9quent, ces \u00e9tudes n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 concluantes et cela a exig\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'autres essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9orientation de ces m\u00e9dicaments vers leur effet correct.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_of_Hydroxychloroquine_In_Combination_Therapy\"><\/span><b>R\u00f4le de l'hydroxychloroquine dans le traitement combin\u00e9<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'azithromycine est connue pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e auparavant pour le traitement de Zika, Ebola et des infections graves des voies respiratoires. (5) Consid\u00e9rant cela, les chercheurs ont men\u00e9 des essais pour \u00e9lucider l'effet de la th\u00e9rapie combin\u00e9e (HCQ+Azithromycine) sur les patients affect\u00e9s par le COVID-19.
