Ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques-uns des nombreux actes altruistes que les gens accomplissent pour venir en aide \u00e0 tous ceux qui les entourent.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our collective experience during the SARS epidemic in 2002-2003 has led to swift actions and behavior changes by the government and general population in order to contain viral spread and accelerate urgent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/blog\/fr\/ensuring-reproducibility-in-ai-driven-research-how-freelance-experts-can-help-in-biotech-and-healthcare\/\">recherche<\/a> [1]. Already, over a thousand primary and review articles have been published on\u00a0SARS-CoV2 since its first appearance in the public eye in December of last year. Lab suppliers are streamlining orders for COVID-19 related reagents and media outlets are providing free access to COVID-19 articles, such as those from Science magazine (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.sciencemag.org\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Ces recherches, ainsi que les travaux ant\u00e9rieurs sur les coronavirus, ont conduit \u00e0 l'ouverture d'essais cliniques dans le monde entier [3-5].\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'abondance de donn\u00e9es librement disponibles, j'ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'image ci-dessous pour repr\u00e9senter un instantan\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on dont le SRAS-CoV2 infecte son h\u00f4te. Ces deux actions sont d'abord m\u00e9di\u00e9es par la prot\u00e9ine de pointe virale qui se lie \u00e0 l'enzyme affich\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de l'h\u00f4te, l'enzyme de conversion de l'angiotensine 2, ACE2. Les scientifiques ont montr\u00e9 depuis f\u00e9vrier que l'ACE2 est l'enzyme cibl\u00e9e par le SRAS-CoV2 [11-14]. Une fois que la pointe du virus se lie \u00e0 l'ACE2, des enzymes de l'h\u00f4te appel\u00e9es prot\u00e9ases coupent une r\u00e9gion sp\u00e9cifique de la pointe virale, ce qui permet \u00e0 la pointe de se r\u00e9arranger. Cette action permet \u00e0 une partie de la pointe de s'ins\u00e9rer dans la membrane de l'h\u00f4te, permettant \u00e0 la membrane du virus de fusionner avec elle et d'extruder son g\u00e9nome \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'h\u00f4te [15,16]. Le virus peut \u00e9galement p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans son h\u00f4te en \u00e9tant englouti dans des v\u00e9sicules, o\u00f9 il peut alors d\u00e9poser son g\u00e9nome \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'h\u00f4te [17,12]. En interf\u00e9rant avec l'une des \u00e9tapes de l'entr\u00e9e du SRAS-CoV2, l'infection peut \u00eatre stopp\u00e9e. Les structures mol\u00e9culaires des prot\u00e9ines virales jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la recherche de m\u00e9dicaments, car elles s'apparentent \u00e0 une carte d'un territoire inconnu, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant les r\u00e9gions cl\u00e9s de la mol\u00e9cule cible.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce travail n'est que l'un des centaines d'articles dont la publication a \u00e9t\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par des revues scientifiques, en contournant le processus d'examen par les pairs, afin d'atteindre le public plus rapidement. Les progr\u00e8s que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la recherche de solutions \u00e0 la maladie COVID-19 n'auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 possibles qu'avec l'aide de nombreuses personnes ing\u00e9nieuses et innovantes dans le monde entier.
