Le Dr Zanchi est titulaire d'un doctorat de l'universit\u00e9 de Cambridge. Il poss\u00e8de des connaissances approfondies en biologie mol\u00e9culaire et cellulaire, notamment dans les domaines suivants : g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, motilit\u00e9 cellulaire, trafic membranaire et interaction h\u00f4te-pathog\u00e8ne. Son exp\u00e9rience comprend \u00e9galement le clonage mol\u00e9culaire et la mod\u00e9lisation pharmacocin\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n

Il est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les comp\u00e9tences techniques suivantes :
\n- Clonage mol\u00e9culaire
\n- Microscopie confocale (imagerie de cellules vivantes et IF)
\n- Cytom\u00e9trie en flux
\n- Purification des prot\u00e9ines
\n- Western, Southern et northern blotting
\n- RT-qPCR
\n- Culture de tissus de cellules de mammif\u00e8res
\n- Analyse automatis\u00e9e des acides amin\u00e9s
\n- HPLC \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle pr\u00e9parative
\n- Analyse d'images (ImageJ) et analyse statistique (langage R)<\/p>\n
