En nuestro laboratorio de \u00d3ptica, estamos ideando nuevas herramientas y t\u00e9cnicas para generar haces de v\u00f3rtices vectoriales. Recientemente, he propuesto una t\u00e9cnica en la que el uso de un polarizador l\u00e1ser glan (GLP), una placa q y un modulador de luz espacial (SLM) sensible a la polarizaci\u00f3n genera un haz de v\u00f3rtice vectorial que tiene una fase indefinida en el centro y un perfil de polarizaci\u00f3n no uniforme. Utilizamos este haz para establecer una comunicaci\u00f3n segura entre dos extremos (los datos se cifrar\u00e1n de forma segura) y codificamos la informaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica. Aparte del haz de v\u00f3rtice vectorial, tambi\u00e9n hemos generado haces de v\u00f3rtice \u00f3ptico perfecto (POV) en nuestro laboratorio utilizando un SLM (que funciona en modo de s\u00f3lo fase), un axic\u00f3n y una lente (realiza la transformaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica de Fourier de los haces de Gauss de Bessel para generar el haz POV). Adem\u00e1s, dispersamos estos haces a trav\u00e9s de una placa de vidrio esmerilado (GGP), tras lo cual se generaron patrones de moteado (un fino patr\u00f3n aleatorio granular de luz que se genera debido a la interferencia de muchos frentes de onda dispersados a partir de las inhomogeneidades presentes en la superficie de una GGP).
