RNAscope (ACD Bio) es una tecnolog\u00eda patentada de detecci\u00f3n de ARNm in situ (1) que utiliza amplificaci\u00f3n de ADN ramificado y sondas emparejadas z para ofrecer un ensayo robusto y espec\u00edfico, dise\u00f1ado principalmente para su uso en secciones de parafina fijadas con formalina.
