Mediante el uso de diferentes mecanismos novedosos para mejorar la exploraci\u00f3n y la explotaci\u00f3n de la b\u00fasqueda, las herramientas modernas de optimizaci\u00f3n heur\u00edstica han demostrado ser muy prometedoras para resolver problemas del mundo real con alta complejidad matem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo de Trabajo sobre Optimizaci\u00f3n Heur\u00edstica Moderna, dependiente del Comit\u00e9 de An\u00e1lisis, Computaci\u00f3n y Econom\u00eda de Sistemas El\u00e9ctricos del IEEE, est\u00e1 organizando una Sesi\u00f3n de Panel combinada con una Competencia titulada:<\/p>\n<p>\"<strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n del rendimiento de los optimizadores heur\u00edsticos modernos\u00a0<\/strong><strong>sobre los problemas de funcionamiento de las redes inteligentes\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n se celebrar\u00e1 en la Reuni\u00f3n General del IEEE 2017. Este panel y el concurso se refieren a dos bancos de pruebas de optimizaci\u00f3n dif\u00edciles de resolver:<\/p>\n<p>i) Despacho de potencia activa-reactiva basado en OPF estoc\u00e1stico;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrolladores: Sergio Rivera (Universidad Nacional de Colombia), Andres Romero (Universidad Nacional de San Juan), Jos\u00e9 Rueda (Delft University of Technology), Kwang Y. Lee (Baylor University), Istv\u00e1n Erlich (University Duisburg-Essen)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ii) Programaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de recursos energ\u00e9ticos distribuidos. Los c\u00f3digos de implementaci\u00f3n de cada algoritmo que participe en el concurso tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n presentarse junto con los resultados finales.
