Mesenchymale Stammzellen oder die Verwendung von MSZ sind eine dieser Behandlungsstrategien gegen COVID-19. Das S-Protein des Virus erkennt den Angiotensin-I-Converting-Enzyme-2 (ACE2)-Rezeptor und dringt in die Zelle seines Wirts ein.  Sobald es in die Zelle eingedrungen ist, produziert das Immunsystem des K\u00f6rpers eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Zytokinen (IL-2, IL-6, IL-7, GSCF, IP10, MCP1, MIP1A und TNF\u03b1), um das Virus zu t\u00f6ten. Die Freisetzung dieser Entz\u00fcndungsfaktoren f\u00fchrt zu einer schweren <\/span><b>Zytokinsturm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ein Ph\u00e4nomen, das zu \u00d6demen, Syndromen multipler Organdysfunktion f\u00fchrt <\/span><b>(MODS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akutes Atemnotsyndrom <\/span><b>(ARDS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Verarmung der Immunzellen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und Tod. (1-3)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bis heute gibt es keinen Konsens unter den Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rden \u00fcber die klinische Einstufung von COVID-19, die meisten sind sich jedoch einig, dass die Krankheit zwischen ihren leichten bis schweren oder kritisch schweren Formen variiert. (4,5)<\/p>\n<p><b>Anmerkung:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ACE-2-Rezeptoren sind im Herzen, in der Leber, im AT2 der Lunge, im Verdauungsorgan, in der Niere und in fast allen Endothel- und glatten Muskelzellen vorhanden. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>IL:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Interleukin;\u00a0 <\/span><b>GSCF:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Granulozyten-Kolonie-stimulierender Faktor; <\/span><b>IP:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Induziertes Protein; <\/span><b>MCP:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Monozyten-Chemoattraktives Protein; <\/span><b>MIP:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Entz\u00fcndungsproteine aus Makrophagen; <\/span><b>TNF:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tumor-Nekrose-Faktor<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_Of_Stem_Cells_In_Fight_Against_COVID-19\"><\/span><b>Die Rolle von Stammzellen im Kampf gegen COVID-19<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gegenw\u00e4rtig ist Remdesivir das einzige Medikament, das von der USFDA eine \"Notfallzulassung\" erhalten hat. Allerdings gibt es nur wenige Informationen \u00fcber seine Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit. (6) Daher m\u00fcssen Alternativen zur Verwendung von Remdesivir in Betracht gezogen werden. Au\u00dferdem haben diese <\/span><b>Studien<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sind <\/span><b>beschr\u00e4nkt auf Influenzaviren<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und haben <\/span><b>zu widerspr\u00fcchlichen Ergebnissen f\u00fchrte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Man muss jedoch die Ergebnisse der derzeit laufenden Studien ber\u00fccksichtigen, um die oben genannte Tatsache vollst\u00e4ndig zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n<p>Presently there are around 20 clinical trials (n) that are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/blog\/de\/ensuring-reproducibility-in-ai-driven-research-how-freelance-experts-can-help-in-biotech-and-healthcare\/\">Forschung<\/a> pipeline for furthering our knowledge on the role of MSC in COVID-19.
