In diesem Zusammenhang zielt der vorliegende Artikel darauf ab, die Debatten \u00fcber die Verwendung von Chloroquin oder Hydroxychloroquin f\u00fcr die Behandlung von<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolabtree.com\/find-an-expert\/subject\/covid-19\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Post&amp;utm_campaign=ChloroQ-Covid\"> COVID-19<\/a> durch einen evidenzbasierten Ansatz.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_of_Chloroquine_CQ_Hydroxychloroquine_HCQ_As_Monotherapy\"><\/span><b>Die Rolle von Chloroquin (CQ) und Hydroxychloroquin (HCQ) als Monotherapie<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derzeit gibt es keine von der FDA zugelassenen Medikamente f\u00fcr die Behandlung von COVID-19. (3) In einer solchen Situation ziehen Forscher die Umwidmung von Medikamenten als eine der praktikablen Optionen f\u00fcr eine wirksame Behandlung der Krankheit in Betracht, die \u00fcber die Standardbehandlung hinausgeht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus litten die Studien unter einer Verzerrung der Zuweisung, da die Teilnehmer in der Studie nicht randomisiert wurden. (5) Vor diesem Hintergrund haben Forscher Versuche durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Wirkung einer Kombinationstherapie (HCQ+Azithromycin) bei Patienten mit COVID-19 zu untersuchen. This compulsion can at times, lead to being inclined towards the more lucrative therapy rather than the one with clear scientific evidence. Therefore, at times such as these, one should only consider therapies based on evidenced-based literature reviews.
