Als Teil unserer 1TP3ForschungohneGrenzen<\/a> stellen wir grenz\u00fcberschreitende Kooperationsprojekte aus der ganzen Welt vor. Professor Atanas Atanasov<\/a>Leiter der Abteilung Molekularbiologie am Institut f\u00fcr Genetik und Tierzucht der Polnischen Akademie der Wissenschaften, schreibt uns \u00fcber ein gemeinsames Projekt, das in vier L\u00e4ndern durchgef\u00fchrt wurde. Mit den beteiligten Labors in der Schweiz, \u00d6sterreich und Australien \u00fcberbr\u00fcckte dieses Projekt eine Distanz von \u00fcber 8.800 Meilen!<\/p>\n

The published Forschung<\/a> work, available on PubMed hier<\/a>Ziel der Studie war es, neue antiosteoporotische Hemmstoffe des Enzyms 17beta-HSD2 zu identifizieren. Die Arbeit umfasste:<\/p>\n

Pharmakophoren-Computermodellierung, durchgef\u00fchrt in \u00d6sterreich<\/strong>und
\nPr\u00fcfung der biologischen Aktivit\u00e4t, durchgef\u00fchrt in Schweiz<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>
\nDie f\u00fcr die biologischen Tests zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Substanzen stammten aus vier verschiedenen Labors:
\n-der Universit\u00e4t Wien, \u00d6sterreich<\/strong>
\n-der Universit\u00e4t Innsbruck, \u00d6sterreich<\/strong>und
\n-Griffith Universit\u00e4t, Australien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
